Founded in Victoria in 1918 by Lauritz Hansen and Otto Yuncken, the company has an annual turnover exceeding $1billion, an investment grade credit rating, no debt, employs more than 650 people, with offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania and Queensland.

Achievements

  • Delivered a large scale public exhibition in 3 weeks, celebrating Hansen Yuncken's achievements in construction and the partnership with University of Melbourne's construction program. The exhibition was acknowledged by mainstream media and architectural circles as 'a must see event'
  • Awarded the 2010 Building Value Individual Award (Employee of the Year) in recognition of outstanding effort and approach reflecting the company values

Responsibilities

  • Worked closely with the national Business Development team on all marketing activities and objectives for the company
  • Ensured delivery of a compliant brand with accurate messaging across all company marketing materials
  • Content coordination, layout, design and production for all industry Awards submissions
  • Expression of Interest and Tender submissions for projects up to $400M
  • Managed compliance and continual improvement of the company brand and assisted the business to raise recognition in the market place outside of BD/tender activities
  • Project management of high profile events
  • Database management and delivery of eDM's nationally
  • Management of the Corporate Photo Library
  • Update and maintain company websites and databases

Fee's vivacious personality shines through in her work. I have observed her mastery of various graphical software packages including Photoshop and InDesign. Recently, the high quality of her graphical presentation skills was instrumental in show-casing the company's work in the best possible light, resulting in HY winning a number of AIB / MBAV awards in 2010.
