Achievements

• Grew the annual LIAV Christmas Party from a modest sausage sizzle for around 40 members, to a large scale family event with petting zoos, facepainters, magicians, carnival rides and professional catering. The annual celebration became a major draw card for the association, attracting an audience of almost 300 people in my final year as event director
• Awards of Excellence black tie event with 400 guests. My role included coordinating entries and scheduling judging, liaising with professional photographers, sound production, run sheets, talent management, audiovisual, lighting direction, media coordination, press releases and promotion as well as venue function arrangements including bump in/out
